¿Cómo funciona?
Esta aplicación te permite bloquear o reportar cualquier problema relacionado con tu tarjeta de Crédito o Débito, solicitar el alta de una aclaración y conocer el estatus de la misma, activar tus tarjetas de crédito y ver el NIP para firmar de forma digital en comercios, ubicar las sucursales y el tiempo promedio de atención, además de localizar los cajeros automáticos más cercanos.

Usa Línea BBVA en caso de:
• Robo o extravío de tus tarjetas, con envío a sucursal de apertura si así lo deseas.
• Da seguimiento de la entrega de tu tarjeta, sin tener que llamar al Centro de Atención.
• Activar tus tarjetas de crédito y sus adicionales, sin ir al cajero automático.
• Consultar el NIP de tus tarjetas de crédito y sus adicionales, y firma en diferentes comercios de forma digital.
• Alta de aclaración y estatus de aclaración.
• Conocer la situación de tu tarjeta por rechazo en comercios.

How does it work?

Use BBVA Line in case of:
• Theft or loss of your cards, with delivery to the opening branch if you wish.
• Track the delivery of your card, without having to call the Service Center.
• Activate your credit cards and their additional ones, without going to the ATM.
• Consult the PIN of your credit cards and their additional ones, and sign in different stores digitally.
• High clarification and clarification status.
• Know the status of your card by rejection in shops.
